Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. hereby invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of ICT hardware items under an on-demand supply model, based on a consignment process, without on-site storage at Staatsolie locations.
The objective of this EOI is to identify suppliers that can propose a flexible, efficient, and reliable solution to ensure continuity of ICT hardware availability while minimizing inventory holding and storage requirements for Staatsolie.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) must be submitted no later than 19 May 2026 before 11.55 PM. (Suriname time) via the form below.

 

Project Description  Scope
Invitation to submit a proposal for the provision of ICT hardware items under a consignment-based, on-demand supply model, without on-site storage at Staatsolie locations

- On-demand supply of agreed ICT hardware items (e.g., laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, and network components) aligned with operational needs.


- A consignment process whereby inventory is held and managed by the supplier (no on-site storage at Staatsolie), with clear agreements on availability, replenishment, and delivery.


- Reporting and coordination on consumption, lead times, and service level agreements (SLAs) to safeguard continuity of availability while minimizing inventory and storage requirements.
