Project Description  Scope
Framework Agreement for the Supply of Hygiene Products.

The Supplier under the framework agreement shall:


• Supply hygiene products and sanitary items, in accordance with agreed specifications, brands, and fixed unit prices;

 

• Ensure product availability and continuity of supply to support the operational requirements of Cleaning Contractors;

 

• Deliver products directly to Cleaning Contractors, their designated warehouses, or distribution hubs, based on agreed ordering schedules;

 

• Maintain agreed service levels regarding lead times, order fulfillment, and delivery reliability;

 

• Provide monthly reporting on deliveries, volumes, and product usage per Cleaning Contractor;

 

• Ensure full traceability of products (including batch/lot tracking where applicable);

 

• Facilitate audits by Staatsolie related to pricing, supply, and compliance with framework conditions;

 

• Coordinate, where necessary, with Cleaning Contractors to align supply with consumption patterns and replenishment needs;

 

• Provide replacement of dispensers upon request.
