Project Description  Scope
Optimizing and Automating Staatsolie
Supply Chain Management Warehouse Operations.

The consultant will be responsible for:


• Current state assessment
Assessing the current state of warehouse and inventory management operations across upstream and downstream facilities, including processes, infrastructure, controls, and performance;

 

• Operational Inefficiencies, Risk, and Compliance Gap Analysis
Identifying inefficiencies, risks, and compliance gaps, iincluding inventory accuracy issues and misalignment between physical stock and SAP records;

 

• Assessment of SAP and Supporting IT Systems Utilization
Reviewing the utilization of SAP and supporting IT systems, Including data integrity, reporting, and opportunities to improve decision making through analytics;

 

• Defining optimized, future state warehouse and inventory workflows Aimed at improving accuracy, scalability, cost effectiveness, and operational reliability; 

 

• Governance and Compliance Framework Review
Recommending strengthened governance, controls, and compliance mechanisms, aligned with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements; 

 

• Optimization and Automation Roadmap Development
Developing phased optimization and automation roadmap, including high level recommendations for technology adoption, change enablement, and capability development.
