Staatsolie Maatschappij Suriname N.V. is soliciting interest from suppliers who have the skills, competencies, and experience to carry out the works listed below. This is an Expression of Interest and not an Invitation to Bid. Interested suppliers must provide evidence that they are qualified to perform the indicated services, such as similar assignments, experience on similar projects, and presence of appropriate skills and expertise. Suppliers who meet these general requirements and competencies interested in participating in the tendering process are invited to express their interest. The Expression of Interest together with the company profile, company registration certificate and Job Number can be uploaded through the form on this page.

The Expression of Interest must be submitted through the Staatsolie website not later than 25 May 2025, 23:00 hrs. Suriname time. Following the evaluation of the submitted Expressions of Interest, a shortlist of potential bidders will be established and invited to participate in the Request for Proposal process.

SCM-U 2025-001 Earthwork Services for Staatsolie Upstream Saramacca
  • Delivery of raw materials (sand, basecourse, clay etc.) for maintenance and construction of well locations, drainage canals and roads.
  • Supply of Rental Equipment for construction services on roads and on well locations. E.g. Excavator 8 Ton, HGM w/standard boom, Tractor w/blade, Grader, Compactor etc.
SCM-U 2025-002 Mechanical Services for construction and maintenance of production facilities of the dryland and wetland operation.
  • Construct, install, test and commission HDPE and Carbon Steel pipelines (various sizes: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16, and 22 inch).
  • Fabricate, install, test and commission carbon steel spool pieces incl. all appendages, supports and concrete sleepers.
  • Fabricate and install valve platforms.
  • Fabricate and install Carbon Steel manifolds complete with prefabbed concrete plates.
  • Construct, install, test and commission Test Tanks (60 bbls, 90 bbls, 250 bbls).
  • Install pipeline supports at canal crossing.
SCM-U 2025-003 Electrical Services Installation & maintenance of Low and High voltage infrastructure.
SCM-U 2025-004 Weed Maintenance Weed maintenance at several oil well locations, test tank, pipelines, roadsides and driveways
SCM-U 2025-005 Airco service (of head office)
  • Maintenance of current installed aircon’s.
  • Upon request installation of new aircon’s
SCM-U2025-006 Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Installation, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning Works This scope includes:
  • The installation of E&I systems and equipment.
  • Cable laying and terminations.
  • Instrumentation hookup, loop checks, function tests, and commissioning assistance.
All work must be done with certified personnel.

Warehouse cleaning services

 Annually cleaning of wall and metal roof construction of the warehouse. The dimensions of te building:
  • Walls height of 6 meters.
  • Area of warehouse 100m x 16m.
Location: Gangaram Pandayweg km 5.5, Sarah Maria, Saramacca district.
SCM-U2025-008 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Services Upstream and Downstream Delivery of PPE on demand and on an annual basis:
  • The standard PPE Attributes which every Staatsolie personnel is required to wear and the PPE consumables.
  • Deliver annual packages as required per asset and per department.
  • Consignment stock at supplier is preferable.
  • ANSI Classifications preferable.
SCM-U 2025-009 Metal scrap Purchase Removal of ca. 300 m3 of metal scrap on an annual basis from Saramacca (Catarina Sophia Operation, Josi Kreek Operation and Sarah Maria Operation).
SCM-U 2025-010 Equipment rental services Rental of heavy equipment and transport units. The required categories include, but are not limited to:
